Sod peat for heating plants and small installations:
Sod peat is produced by lifting peat from the peatland at a depth of 0-60 cm. It is macerated mechanically into sods and dried on the production field. It is suited for use in power plants, heating plants. It is also used in greenhouses and by individual homeowners.

Milled fuel peat is produced by milling peat from the peatland surface and drying it on site. It varies in its particle size, consisting mainly of powder-like peat and peat particles of differing sizes.
The milled fuel peat has an average moisture content of 38% - 45% and an average energy content of 2.8 MWh/t, i.e. approximately 9.9 MJ/kg. It is suited to large-scale use in power plants and large heating plants.
